Each property in the Nexcom Media Network operates editorially independently. The shared infrastructure does not dictate coverage; it provides the format, distribution, and discoverability layer so that local editorial teams can focus on the work.

Sourcing. Articles are aggregated from regional sources, weather data is pulled from the National Weather Service (NOAA), alerts come from federal and state emergency-management feeds, and events are sourced from public community calendars. Every article is attributed to its original publisher in the source field of our JSON Feed and OpenGraph tags.

Verification. Where multiple sources cover the same event, our aggregation prefers primary sources (government bulletins, official press releases) over secondary reporting.

Corrections. Errors are corrected as soon as we are made aware. To request a correction, email editor@nexcom.media with the URL and the specific factual issue.

No paywall, no surveillance. We do not operate a subscription model and do not run behavioral advertising. The full philosophy is published.
